Consultation is based on a prescreened phone call to go over the Wedding Floral Form. This must be filled out before a consultation can be done.
Consultations may be in person, by phone or via internet. One initial consultation, lasting up to one hour is $50 that will be applied toward your purchase upon booking your consultation and is nonrefundable.
One follow-up consultation (lasting up to 30 minutes) and one final consultation (lasting up to 30 minutes) are complimentary.
Additional consultations and/or site inspections are available by appointment and will be charged a $ 50.00 fee (to include driving time to and from) and are limited to 1 hour, payable at time of service.
A service charge of $ 50.00 will be charged for any no-show appointments. Appointments more than 30 minutes late are considered a no-show appointment. Floral Design by Heidi must be notified of an appointment cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
We must be given written permission by the wedding couple in order for them to be represented by a proxy in a consultation.
Once the consultation is done, we will get the current market prices for the flower pallets chosen and send an estimate. That estimate will expire 30 days after sending it.
Only a signed contract with the 1/3 deposit can confirm the booking of the wedding date.
